Craig Hertel - Owner

Craig Hertel has over 35 years of experience in automotive sales and repair. He began his career in 1978 with his father at Hertel General Tire. While working, Craig attended Texas Christian University, graduating in 1985. He entered the new car business in 1989 with Grubbs Infiniti as a Sales Consultant, and in 1993, helped open Crest Infiniti in Plano, Texas.

By 1995, Craig became the New Car Sales Manager for Mac Churchill Acura and later served as General Sales Manager for Vandergriff Acura. After a decade in retail sales management, he transitioned to Primedia Workplace Learning as National Sales Director of Automotive Sales Training.

In 2003, Craig and his younger brother Kris founded Hertel Auto Group, a family-owned and Christian-owned business.

Samantha Hertel - Vice President

Samantha graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a BS in Communications/Public Relations. With 15 years of experience in sales and sales management, she played a key role in founding Hertel Auto Group. Samantha oversees all administrative functions, facility operations, and title processes, ensuring smooth internal operations.

Allen Stearns - Vehicle Acquisitions/Sales

Allen Stearns has been with the Hertel Auto Group family for over 15 years, earning a stellar reputation in the automobile business. Originally from Miami, Florida, Allen fell in love with the people and city of Fort Worth after moving here. With over 40 years of automotive experience, he continues to provide exceptional care to his customers and enjoys helping people find their dream cars.

Noah Hertel - Inventory Manager

Noah has been involved with the family business since he was in high school. He started out driving cars to and from auction after school and became a full-time employee after college, responsible for wholesale and retail inventory management. Noah graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship in 2019.

Tracy Sparks - Service Director

Tracy Sparks has been with Hertel Auto Group for almost 20 years and has provided our customers with exceptional service and care. Tracy is a lifelong resident of the Metroplex and has a unique set of skills that has served us well. Tracy likes fishing, adventure sports, riding his Harley and spending time with his family and friends. Tracy truly cares for people and the occasional stray that shows up around his home.
